PROGRAM INFORMATION
Session 1: June 29 – July 17, 2026
A three-week institute where you choose a focused track (like STEMinist, Writing & Literature, or Global Humanities) and build leadership skills through one intensive course, NYC-based learning, and weekly “Leadership in Action” workshops.
A three-week entrepreneurship bootcamp where you work in teams to turn an idea into a venture, learning ideation, branding, marketing, and pitching, ending in a final presentation.
Session 2: July 21 – August 7, 2026
A three-week institute where you choose a focused track (like STEMinist, Writing & Literature, or Global Humanities) and build leadership skills through one intensive course, NYC-based learning, and weekly “Leadership in Action” workshops.
A three-week program that examines how science, medicine, and social structures shape health, using real-world cases and research methods to explore inequities in healthcare.
A three-week immersive look at the food system and climate, combining site visits, research, and projects on agriculture, food justice, and sustainability.
The Pre-Baccalaureate Program (for-credit) is July 6 – August 14, 2026
A six-week, credit-bearing commuter program where you take a real Barnard course alongside undergraduates and start building your college transcript, plus attend college and career readiness events.
