Washington, D.C. – Valerie Strauss of The Washington Post quoted Andrew Belasco, Co-Founder and CEO of College Transitions, in her article entitled “America’s elite universities are making millions off summer programs for teens, but do they really help kids get into college?”
As Andrew explains, colleges definitely want to see applicants engaged in something meaningful during some portion of summer break, but that doesn’t mean that it’s wise to fork over $10,000 for a fancy summer program. Read the full article here.
