Graduate Earnings (by Institution)

The following table lists the median earnings of an institution’s students at various points after enrollment and college graduation. Data in the first two columns shows earnings for students beginning their freshman year in 2004-2005 and 2008-2009, respectively, and is collected from the U.S. Department of Education (College Scorecard). Data featured in the last two columns is collected from PayScale’s College Salary Report (2019) and reveals earnings of alumni with 0-5 years of work experience and 10+ years work experience. Consumers of this data should keep in mind that no source of salary data is perfect. Moreover, differences in earnings across institutions can be attributed to many other factors besides prestige or selectivity, such as a college’s location, the career goals of incoming students, and the majors/programs offered.
