March 1, 2016

Athens, GA— College Transitions is teaming up with several Athens-based cyclists to support their fundraising efforts for Pelotonia, a two-day cycling event that raises money for cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center—Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute. Since 2008, Pelotonia has raised more than $106 million for cancer research.

In their second year of participating, the “Midnight Train From Georgia” consists of Rachel Burns, Erin Ciarimboli, Noble Jones, Henry Oddi, Charles Carabello, and Amy Heath. After raising $11,000 in 2015, the Georgia team has committed to raising over $15,000 for this year’s event.
